pray for Josi

Please pray for Josi. She is in the hospital here. She is fighting infection in her pump that puts medicine in her body. I think that's the accurate report anyway. They are trying to decide whether to take her to Denver or leave her here. She needs surgery to remove it. I think they'll do it here. I talked to Mary Ellen a couple hours ago and she said they didn't know what to do yet. Joe drove here from Kalispell this morning and arrived at 7:30 and has been with her ever since. Debbie was with her all night, so she went home to rest. They are both very tired and very weary, but aren't giving up! So, they need our prayers, too. And pray for Josi's dog. He is dying. Mary Ellen didn't know why. Josi loves her dog. He sleeps with her and keeps her company. He's a doberman, so of course, I'm scared to death of him. This is a long hard struggle for everyone. August 13th was 2 years! God love her.

Josi has gall stones. That's all I know so far. I don't know what they'll do or where they'll do it. Dad stopped at Eve's house this a.m. and M.E told him that, but he didn't ask any more questions. So, keep praying.

Josi is in me prayers. If you all read her blog, Debbie (her mom, not your sister!) has written a detailed account of Josi's state. God be with them all, and God bless Josi with recovered health.

I talked to Mary Ellen this afternoon. It is not good in Josi land. So, keep up the prayers. Pray that their faith can withstand this test. Joe has been sitting with her for 2 weeks. He had to go home to the rest of his family and his work and obligations. He and Deb are just wore out! This has been a very hard 2 years for them! Thanks for all the prayers. Thanks for writing comments on her web sight, too. Deb reads those to her every day, Mary Ellen said, and that is very uplifting for Josi, and for the family as well.
