Day of prayer for Janet and family - March 24.

Even tough I've not been able to post here, I have been praying every day and writing in my journal. Some days I have nothing to write, but other days I do. So, I'll try to catch up now a little bit. I've gotten behind, and for that I am sorry. Please feel free to comment on any subject or prayer or word you see here. And also feel free to publish your own post here.

I'll resume where I left off.

Tuesday, March 24 - day of prayer for Janet and family.

God says to you - "Take time to bask in My love. Just find a spot you love to go to - perhaps a park in the court yard of Mayo (that's where I see you). Sit and close your eyes - feel the sunshine all around you - it is the SONshine. Hear the birds, the breeze in the trees, the people chattering, feel the breeze - open your eyes and look around. Everything you see and feel and hear is there for you to know My presence. Take time to relax. As you relax more and more, your grasping hand gradually opens up - releasing what worries you have into My care. Take My hand. I am there with you.

You can feel secure, even in the midst of big changes, through awareness of My continual presence. The one who never leaves you is the same one who never changes. Read it in Hebrews 13:8-I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. As you release more and more things into my care, remember that I never let go of your hand. This is your security, and no one and no circumstance can take it from you!"

I love this too. It confirms my image of Janet. I LOVE how she is so earth concious, the way she relates stories through the use of animals, trees, nature. I can picture her in the surroundings you describe, listening to the nature around her, communing with her sprirtuality through the natural settings of trees, breezes, sunshine. Janet has shared with me through her writings her unique and insightful knowledge of human nature, through her natural love of nature, earth. I always wait to hear what Janet says - it is always something that forces me to think out side my comfort zone. She forces me to grow! I love her.

Thank you, Lonnie, for being so open to the Spirit that these wonderful teachings and wonderful words come forward through you. WOW!! I agree. God does want us to be still and listen -- and the best place to do that is in nature. You can hear His voice and see Him in everything araound you and feel His touch in many ways. Our God IS an awesome God!
