Jeremiah 29:11-14a and Psalm 27:7-14

I posted these scriptures on the Hanson Happenings. I was praying for Tammy this morning and they came to me. As I was printing it, I realized that it is also meant for Linda, and all of us as well. Linda can substitute Dennis's, Jim's names where I substituted Rob's name for Tamara. Please read them either on that blog, or from your bible. Respond to what they are speaking to you. Thanks. Keep praying.

Aunt Lonnie - When I commented on Tamara's post, I quoted the same verse from Jeremiah that you did. It is one of my favorite verses. I find a lot of comfort in it on those days when I feel like the deck is stacked against me.

Isn't that the truth? I love that scripture. I go there a lot, too.

You sent me that scripture a long time ago Lonnie and I have often referred to it. (Jeremiah)

The Psalm is a great Psalm. It reassures us that God WILL always take care of us. (We have to understand that He might take care of us in a different way than we had hoped for, BUT He knows what is best for us and He knows what lies ahead and what is really the best answer to those prayers.)
