Today's prayer for Linda, Josh, Jeremy, Jade, Dennis and Jim

Psalm 37:23-28 for Linda and boys

"The Lord guides your steps, they are sure and He takes pleasure in your progress;
You may fall, but never fatally - since the Lord supports you by the hand.
Never yield to evil, practise good, and you will have an everlasting home
For the Lord loves what is right, and never deserts His faithful ones"

Vs 29 God speaking to Dennis and Jim

"Criminals and those who do wrong will perish once and for all,
The just and virtuous will have the land for their own, and make it their home
forever." (Jim and Dennis have lost such a treasure of their wife and family and
their home!)

Vs 39 and 40 for Linda

"HE is your shelter when trouble comes. The Lord helps and rescues you,
He saves you because you take refuge in Him."

And then this message for you and the boys: "You are mine - forever - even into eternity. You are secure and safe in Me! Even if you fall as you go through life, I will never let go of your hand. As you go through this day, be on the lookout for all that I am doing. Know that my way is perfect. Trust Me! Walk close with me. I am here."

These scripture words and this message seem to be speaking of being protected from Dennis when he gets out of jail and Warm Springs, and protection from any harm Jim can do. . . For you and your boys - and for all who are involved!

Thank you, Lord, for these words of encouragement and courage. Thank you for allowing us to know that you are a just and merciful God, and will protect those who do right. Thank you, Lord!

(I'm sure these scriptures and message are meant for anyone who reads this!)

Lonnie, the Lord truly speaks directly to your spirit and your heart when you are praying for your family members. They are surely blessed to have such a spirit-led woman for their Mother.

Linda, these messages that Lonnie relays to you are all so comforting and tell it like it is. God has been watching you protectively and He will continue to do so.

MOM this is fantastic. It really helped me today, too. I am so grateful for you as my mother, too! Love you!

Thank you for posting this. I am just now reading this at midnight on March 16th. If you only knew what has been transpiring in the last few days. I have sort of been looking at job postings because I'm worried about Dennis getting out and exposing my co-workers to danger, and I've been worried about job security. My old boss from five years ago called me on Friday and asked if I'd like to come back to work selling furniture. I told him I'd think about it. This is about the 4th or 5th time he's asked me. I really like my job at Sears and my boss, but I thought about it and prayed about it and for some reason, decided it was what I am supposed to do next. The grass does not look greener on the other side of the fence. I will not be making any better money. It is nearly the same job as I have now. I liked my co-workers at that job too. I accepted the position. Today I had to tell my boss and I felt really bad because she has done so much for me. We agreed that I would stay on just one night a week to keep my foot in the door. This will help me financially to get caught up too. We can't always see all of what is happening, but God has a plan. I can't believe how smooth this transition feels. It's not like starting a brand new job where you have to be accepted by new people. This is something familiar and I feel comforted knowing God has a plan to protect us. Thank you for all of the prayers everyone!

Why are you concerned about Dennis getting out? Has something transpired that makes you feel that way?

Sounds like you are taking all the right steps for your life. God's got your back!

Yes, everyone, thanks for all the prayers for each other!

No, nothing new is happening with Dennis - not that anyone knows about, anyway. But he's been in jail quite awhile and some day he Will be out. We are just nervous and making plans, sort of.
