March 19, 2009 - Kai's 1st birthday. I know it is very hard for you that she is not there for you to celebrate her 1st year with. She has moved to Denver with her parents. I am praying for her especially today. Dear Lord - Bless Kai. She is such a beautiful, precious, special gift from you. Guard and protect her there in Denver. Let no harm befall her. Help her parents to know you as their Lord and Savior. Touch all of their lives and bring them joy, peace and love. Thank you as you work in their lives, Lord Jesus. Help Chuck and Deedle as they cannot have her around and watch her grow and become a 2-year old. She is always in your heart, Lord, and she's always in our hearts! Thank you, Jesus.
For Chuck and Deedle: Colossians 1 verse 27 - "God decided to let you know this rich and glorious secret which He has for all people. This secret is Christ Himself, who is in you. He is our only hope for glory." This is what drives you on. You are full of Christ - full of His spirit - full of hope for the glory that is yours at the end of the journey.
1 Corinthians 6:17 - "Anyone who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him." And verse 20 - "You are not your own property - you have been bought and paid for. That is why you should use your body for the glory of God."
God's word to you:
I am speaking to you from the depths of your soul. Feel and hear Me speaking words of peace, assuring you of My love. I do not accuse you - that is not my voice. My voice is gentle and full of love, lifting you up. My spirit will be a voice of correction out of love - no crushing words of shame and guilt. I live within you. You are filled with the light of My presence. Don't dim the light with worries or fears. I am with you - ALWAYS!
(This could be encouragement and word for any one who feels God's spirit speaking to their hearts. Please share.)

This is truly the Holy Spirit speaking!!! I felt He was speaking to me, also. We do sometimes forget that God promised to throw our sins "as far as the east is from the west" once we gave our all to Him and asked for his forgiveness and took the steps necessary to seek forgiveness from those whom we had sinned against. We, in our humanness, let the shame and guilt worm its way back into our heart and spirit and mess things up for us! NO NEED TO ALLOW THAT! God has already forgotten what it is we feel so ashammed and guilty over.Live in God's love.
These prayers are so meaningful and powerful, Lonnie. Thank you for doing this.
Thank you for sharing, Sharon. Isn't it wonderful to know that God really has forgiven our confessed sin and truly has forgotten it. No shame or guilt anymore. Praise God!
